Kaizen is an ISO- 9001-2015 Company, having own CNC machining set up for fast manufacturing ,in house Plastic Moulding and Mould and Die making plant with proper tool room.

Compression fittings:

• range of all the compression fittings are available tested at 16 bar pressure, designed considering all the specifications of ISO 14236 (ISO 3459:2015, ISO 3501:2015, ISO 3503:2015). Tested for compliance with IS10910:2003 and 9833:1981.
• Compression fitting body -Should be made up of Black colour Poly Propylene Co-Polymer
• Compression nut -Should be made up of Blue colour Poly Propylene Co- Polymer.
• Insert -Should be of SS 304/Brass
• Clip ring- Should be made up of POM to provide a proper grip to pipe.
• Thrust ring -Should be made up of Polypropylene to exert the pressure on O ring to ensure leak
• proof joint.
• O ring - Should be of Nitrile (NBR) to prevent leakage.
